It's surprisingly hard to draw with dots and not have them start slipping into small lines.

- Every day in 2007 I drew on an envelope and placed something secret inside. I then posted the envelope to myself before my midnight deadline. When the envelopes returned, they were scanned and blogged here. I successfully completed Phase One of the project on 31st December 2007. All 365 envelopes are now being kept unopened until they can be exhibited as a whole artwork, at which point members of the public will be able to open the letters and investigate the contents. If you're a gallery owner who would like to exhibit the completed project, please email me.

The complete collection of Diary Project images can be found over on my Flickr. You are free to use images of the envelopes on your blog, as long as you aren't using them for commercial gain or claiming them as your own. Please copy images to your hard drive and host them at your own site. Images should be clearly attributed to me and include a link back to this site.

i love todays work, maybe its because it reminds me of stitch. in my mind i am drawing the dots together. was wondering what your postman thinks of all these wonderful envelopes coming to your house.
